SPRING APPLICATION

SUMMER APPLICATION

LATE SUMMER APPLICATION

FALL APPLICATION

We follow all NYS DEC guidelines for product application and safety. After each treatment, we recommend staying off treated areas until the product has dried (typically 1–2 hours). Our technicians are NYS DEC Certified Commercial Pesticide Applicators who apply products at labeled rates using professional equipment.
How long before I see results from fertilization?
You'll typically see greening and improved density within 1–2 weeks of the first application. Full results develop across the season because each treatment is timed to your lawn's growth cycle. Most clients see the biggest difference after a full season.
What's the difference between professional lawn care and doing it myself?
Professional programs pair commercial products with certified applicators and calibrated rates. Timing matters. We schedule treatments around your lawn's growth cycle rather than a free weekend, which improves coverage and weed control while reducing wasted product.
Why is grub control included for free?
Grubs feed on grass roots and can destroy large sections of a Rochester lawn in one season. We include preventive grub control with Step 3 because treating before damage appears is more effective and less expensive than repairing dead turf afterward.
