So we can design something you'll actually build. A patio can be a $9,000 project or a $45,000 project depending on size, walls, lighting, and materials. Knowing your range up front helps the first proposal land somewhere realistic. "Not sure yet" is a completely valid answer; we'll help you scope it on site.

Do you offer financing on construction projects?
Yes. We offer financing through Wells Fargo so a larger patio, wall, or full backyard project can be paid over time. Approval and terms are handled by Wells Fargo, not by us.
