The earlier the better — our schedule fills up fast. We begin consultations in September and start installations in late October through early November. Booking by mid-October ensures your preferred installation date and gives us time to design and source materials. Last-minute requests are accommodated when possible but availability is limited.
Do you provide the lights or do I supply them?
We provide everything: commercial-grade LED lights, extension cords, clips, timers, wreaths, garland, and all hardware. Our lights are more durable and energy-efficient than retail options. Everything is included in the price — you don't need to purchase, store, or maintain any equipment.
What happens if a light burns out during the season?
One call and we're there. Our service includes maintenance visits throughout the holiday season. If a bulb goes out, a strand fails, or a decoration needs adjustment, we handle it promptly at no extra charge. That's the advantage of professional installation — you don't climb a ladder in December.
